Home Delivery services are available for purchase within Peninsular/West Malaysia only. Your parcel will be delivered using Rida Fruit's appointed delivery courier company.
Once payment for the order is made, you are not allowed to make any changes to the delivery address.
Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays. Home delivery orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days for orders within Peninsular Malaysia

Returns & Exchanges:
All purchases made through ridafruits.com are final and there are no returns/refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@ridafruits.com.
Our team should have the full discretion to decide whether or not the products should be returned and replaced. We will not accept any return of goods unless agreed specifically in writing in advance.
Refunds (if applicable)
If there are any refunds taking place, your refund amount will only be reflected in your bank account or credit card statement once the bank has completed processing. kindly be informed that the bank processing time may take up to 15 working days to process the refund.
